Jean Busher - Director
Graduated magna sue cum laude from Marymount University with a Masters Degree in Psychology. She has 18 years experience working with the underprivileged and disabled populations. Currently the Program Director of North County Adult Day Care in Vista, California, Jean is providing guidance in the areas of policy development for our Distribution Network.
Tina Griesinger - Director
is an active participant with charitable organizations for the past 13 years, and has worked in Health Care for 15 years. Tina has traveled extensively volunteering to help distressed Children and families at home and abroad. Experience in nonprofit organizations includes administration, logistic and hands-on with Children. Tina became involved with the Children of Chernobyl project in 1986 after the world's largest nuclear disaster exposed millions of families to radiation poisoning. As co-chair of this project for 2 years, she hosts children every summer at her home to provide medical and dental care. Having completed two missionary trips to Mexico and Belize, Her goal is to give "everyone a fair chance in life by providing the basic necessities they need to accomplish their goals."Jerry Hathaway - Director
Graduate of UNLV & UCSD with a technical focus on calculus and physics. Jerry has 30 years of project management and technical field experience with various organizations such as the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds, Ford Aerospace and Lockheed Martin. As a U.S. Air Force veteran, his career includes managing contracts with multiple engineer and technical service companies. Today, Jerry is a Development Property Speicalist working with major Investors and Local Governments to achieve best land use models in developing areas. Jerry will provide us with strategy and marketing policies.
Melinda M. Lintner
has worked with children in the community for over 20 years. She has been a volunteer for the Polinsky Center for Children in San Diego, as well as for the Keepers of the Home Christian Daycare. She worked as an instructor teaching lectures at local grade schools and for the Boys & Girls Club on etiquette and self-confidence. For three years was VP and then President of Resolve of San Diego. Melinda graduated magna sue cum laude with a degree in marketing and worked in the talent industry for over 15 years. As an entrepreneur, she started her home-based internet sales business, www.take1.com and has cast thousands of extras on ten national television shows and more than two dozen movies and films.
Melinda is providing to Barefoot Kids Foundation her Public Relations experience and is one of our spokespersons available for TV and Radio interviews. In addition, she will organize fundraising events throughout the U.S. with her network of contacts.
Kenneth B. Rehm, D.P.M .
Dr.Rehm is the medical director of the Diabetic Foot & Wound Treatment Centers in San Diego and El Centro, California and has been in practice for more than twenty-five years. He enjoys lecturing for medical and lay groups across the country, formulated his own line of foot care products and serves as Consulting Editor to Podiatry Management Magazine.
Originally from Cleveland,Ohio, Dr. Rehm graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in1976. Following a residency program in Foot Surgery at Jacksonville General Hospital he completed a post-doctoral fellowship in Rehabilitative Medicine and Biomechanics with an emphasis on the High Risk, Insensitive and Diabetic Foot at the U.S. Public Health Service Hospital at Gillis W. Long Hansen's Disease Center in Carville , Louisiana .

Claudette M. Tabler
is an Enrolled Agent licensed by the Internal Revenue Service. Graduate of San Diego State University in Accounting and Business. Founder of Preferred Business and Tax Services in Vista, California, she is actively involved providing expert advice and accounting services to various types of businesses and individuals. This experience provides Barefoot Kids Foundation with proper guidance to establish accounting guidelines and procedures to help us meet our mission goals.

Co-Founders and Directors, Lorett and Dan Ross have been providing healthcare products and services to acute and chronic patients with various illnesses and diseases for over twenty years.
They have also participated in Food Bank and Meals-On-Wheels distribution. They are now addressing the needs of Children. Utilizing their Healthcare Best Practices experience they manage our fundraising and distribution network.
